June 27, 2023: It looks like the Silence3D web site is gone. I've removed the links from this description and disabled comments. The video remains as a historical record of an upgrade from three years ago.
It was an interesting upgrade board that added silent stepper drivers to the X and Y axes to make the printer a lot quieter.
