The first thing what you do is press the volume up button to check if the volume is high enough so that you can hear the volume. Check if you have bluetooth speaker connected to the bluetooth speaker. The next thing you need to make sure that the android device is not stuck in headphone mode. When you press the volume up or volume down mode then check what icon you see. If you see this volume icon then your phone is not stuck in headphone mode. If your android phone is stuck in headphone mode then take a ear cleaning bud and then insert inside the headphone jack and remove any dirt present inside the headphone jack. Also take a sharp needle and put inside the headphone hole and then gently rotate inside. Now check if the sound comes out of the speaker or not. Also if you figure out this problem started after installing certain apps then uninstall those application. You can press on the speaker area gently to check if it works. The last thing you can do is to take your android device to the factory state mode to check if the software is corrupted. When nothing happens then you have to take it to the technician.
