Let's talk about the 3 branches of the United States Government or some may say the U.S. Government or the American Government or the 3 branches of government. Because this is IMPORTANT. And if we or you love beauty, we must remember that part of beauty is being able to express ourselves and our communities, and if we want to be able to express ourselves and communities, then we need to learn how to vote in the right people. Now this is a U.S. government 101 crash course that I tried to make simply for you, so essentially a U.S. Government lecture for dummies - and I know no one who watches my channel on YouTube is a dummy but that's just what they call 101 videos on YouTube, and I was told SEO is important by the YouTube people. Anyway, let's get into it... here is the American Government and it's 3 branches..

There is a total of three branches of the government and these are things that we should all know living in the United States of America, or wherever you live, but this video is about the U.S. Government.

The three branches of the U.S. Government are:
The Executive Branch
The Legislative Branch
The Judiciary Branch

The Executive:
The executive part of the government is based on the President of the country and 500,000 workers. All the laws that are made by the Legislative branch are enforced by the President. On the other the President is elected by the citizens of the United States, the age of the President must be 18 or above. At the state level, the head of the Executive Branch would be the Governor.

The Legislative:
The Legislative is also known as the Congress and the Congress is further divided into two parts, the Senate and the House of Representatives. For local and city governments, this would include your mayor, city council and school board.

The Judiciary:
The 9 Justices and the Supreme Court are together called the Judiciary. There are judges in this case who interpret the laws as per the Constitution.

Now that we know all about the government system, let's make sure we do the most important thing, and that is to VOTE.
