HP P3015 41.03 Size Mismatch Errors, Jamming Issues

Fix the P3015 tray 2 feed solenoid to fix size mismatches, extra blank pages and false jams.  This fix of the feed solenoid will fix all types of HP models from this era that utilize the foam padding on their solenoids.
