In this video I'm testing the AMD FX 8350 vs the i7 4790k oc in different games in 2023. The FX 8350 came out in 2012, has 8 cores and a turbo frequency of 4.2Ghz. The 8350 has a TDP of 125W and is made out of 32nm transistors. The Intel i7 4790k is overclocked to 4.6GHz. I tried to overclock it higher, but this one sadly didn't win the silicon lottery. When I overclocked it to 4.7GHz, it gave blue screens while doing benchmarks. The 4790k is already pretty old, but still holds up in some modern games.
