Bring this crock pot street
Bring this crock pot street corn dip to a party, make it for game day, serve at your own party...either way the crockpot will be licked clean! Here's how I make my crockpot street corn dip -
INGREDIENTS
4 blocks cream cheese
4 cans fiesta corn, drained
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
8 ounces pepper jack cheese
8 ounces colby jack cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1-2 teaspoons Cuso's Tequila Lime Habanero
1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
chopped fresh jalapenos (optional, I didn't have any or would have added!)
cook on high 2 - 2 1/2 hours, stirring at the halfway point - ENJOY!
