Doom 2: Boykisser Petting Mod

Saw a video on tumblr featuring this mod and wanted to try it out. I accidentally ended up getting a different mod at first, but they're both compatible so it worked out in the end.

Replace all enemies with boykissers + replace fist with petting hand:
