& Ingredients

1st Recipe:
8 to 10 kabab:
Chiken Vegetable kabab:
-Garlic Cloves-2 ( chopped)
- Green onion- 2 sticks( diced)
- Chiken- 300 gram( strips)
- Butter( Organic ghee)-1 tbsp
- Cauliflower- 1 cup( chopped)
- Peas-1/4 cup
- Green capsicum -1 ( small)
- Salt-1 tsp
- Red chilli powder-1 tsp
- Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
- Corriander powder -2 tsp
- Mix garam masala( cumin,black pepper,cinnamon stick)-1 tsp
- Water-1/4 cup
- Fresh corriander
2nd Recipe;
CHIKEN PIECE WITH SAUTED VEGE TABLES;
Serving-2
-Butter( organic ghee)-1 tbsp
- Garlic clove-1 ( chopped)
- Chiken piece-6
- Toamato-1 ( diced)
- Oregano-1/2 tsp
- Thyme-1/4 tsp
- Salt-1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
- Corriander Powder-1 tsp
- Water -1 cup
- Vegetables:
- Red capsicum-1/4( portion)
- Green capsicum -1( small)
- Broccoli -1 small flower
- onion-1/2
- Cabbage-1/4 cup
3rd Recipe:
Serving-3
Cucumber Chana Chat:
-Cucumber-1( diced)
-Tomato-1( diced)
-Onion-1( sliced)
- Green chilli-2 ( finely chopped)
- Fresh corriander-2 tbsp
- Chikpeas-1/2 cup( boiled)
- Black olives-2 tbsp
- Chat masala-1 tsp
4Th Recipe:
Serving:3(10 to 12 pakora)
-Chiken-100 gram( strips)
-Bringel-1 ( sliced)
- Green Chillies-4( chopped).
- Spinch-Ahand full
- Fresh corriander-1/4 cup
- Gram flour-1)4 cup
- Salt-1 tsp
- Red chilli powder-1 tsp
- Corriander powder-1 tsp
- 1 tsp mix garam masala( cumin seed,black pepper,cinnamon stick)
- Mint-1 tbsp( chopped)
- Carom seed-1 pinch
- Oil for frying
5 Th Recipe:
Serving-2
Strawberry Guavua Smoothie:
-Strawberry -6
-Guavua-2
-Mint leaves-10
-Water-2 glass

-Choose your favourite fruits to make smoothie but that must be low in sugar.

- You can adjust the quantity of the seasoning as per your taste in all recipes. You can add your favorite spices and herbs.
