Home made Chicken Nuggets is a blend of minced Chicken with Spices & Bread that will make your fingers licked after eating crispy Nuggets. This Recipe will really add more taste to your Cuisines.

Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Minced Chicken 500 Gms
Bread Slices 2
Black Pepper 1 Tbs
Salt 1 Tbs
Garlic Powder 1 Tbs
Ginger Powder 1 Tbs
Origano 1/2 Tbs
Soy Sauce 2 Tbs
Paprika Powder 1/2 Tsp
Bread Crumbs As required (For coating)
Egg 2 (For coating)
Oil For Deep Frying

Mayo Dip:
Mayonnaise 6 Tbs
Chat Masala ½ Tbs
Salt ¼  Tbs
Black Pepper ¼ Tbs
Garlic Powder ¼ Tbs

Dip Process:
Take a bowl, add mayonnaise, chat masala, Salt, Black pepper & Garlic powder and mix it well.
Keep it aside for use as required.

Process:
1. Take ½ kg minced Kitchen in a bowl and mix in it shredded bread slices (2 No.).
2. Put the spices in Chicken mixture as per above prescribed ingredients.
3. Prepare hand-made or square shaped nuggets from this chicken mixture.
4. After that, keep it in fridge for 15 min. for a while. (In Fridge, nuggets can be frozen for a time upto 1 month easily).
5. Dip in beaten eggs (2 No.) and then coat in bread crumbs.
6. Deep fry nuggets in oil until golden color appears which shows nuggets are ready to eat.
7. Present it with Mayo Dip & Ketchup.

Ajza:
Chicken Qeema 500 Gms
Bread Slices 2
Kali Mirch (Black Pepper) 1 Tbs
Namak (Salt) 1 Tbs
Lehsan Powder (Garlic Powder) 1 Tbs
Adrak Powder (Ginger Powder) 1 Tbs
Origano 1/2 Tbs
Soy Sauce 2 Tbs
Paprika Powder 1/2 Tsp
Bread Crumbs Hasbe Zarorat
Anda (Egg) 2
Tail Talny ke leay (Oil For Deep Frying)

Nuggets Tarkeeb:
1. ½ kg Chicken ke qeemay ko bowl ma lay aur is ma bread slices ko pees kar mix kar lay.
2. Phir is ma recipe ma btay gay ajza(Masala jat) dal kar mix kar lay.
3. Is Chicken mixture ko Nuggets ki shape (square ya hath se bany hoy) ma lay ay.
4. Phir Nuggets ko fridge ma 15 mintues ke leay rakh day takay set ho jay. (Yad rakheay fridge ma nuggets ko 30 din ke leay freeze kar ke rakha ja skta ha).
5. Ab Nuggets ko 2 ando ma dip kar ke, bread crubms ki coating kar lay.
6. Phir Oil garam kar ke Nuggets ko is ma deep fry kar lay, yaha tak ke inka golden color nikal ay.

Mayo Dip:
Mayonnaise 6 Tbs
Chat Masala ½ Tbs
Namak ¼  Tbs
Kali Mirch ¼ Tbs
Lehsan Powder ¼ Tbs

Dip Tarkeeb:
Aik bowl main, mayonnaise, chat masala, namak, kali mirch aur lehsan powder lain aura chi tarh mix kar lain. Phir hasbe zarorat isy istemal kar sakty han.
