CRACKED Flexplate In My Tacoma! Did dealership's prior work cause it?

It's not very often that
It's not very often that a Flexplate cracks, let alone in several places. Unless of course, there was prior transmission work done from a Toyota Dealership and all signs certainly suggest a bit of installation negligence.
But of course, we can only prove so much.
This was, quite literally, a ticking time-bomb that was well on it's way to catastrophic failure.
