Skinny Brownie Baked Oatmeal | WW Breakfast Meal Prep/Weight Watchers Recipe| With Calories & Macros Included. Weight Watchers Points & Calories/Macros and additional nutritional information Included. #wwmealprep #weightwatchersrecipes #weightwatchersbreakfast If you join WW following this link, you will receive a FREE month! www.weightwatchers.com/us/checkout/iaf/?iaftoken=6… Ingredients: 2 cups Quick cooking rolled oats 1⁄2 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder 1 1⁄2 tsp Baking powder 1⁄2 tsp Table salt 1⁄2 tsp Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 cup Unsweetened applesauce 2 cups Plain unsweetened almond milk 2 large Eggs 1⁄3 cup Monkfruit sweetener with erythritol, golden(or calorie free sweetener of your choice) 1 tsp Vanilla extract 2 oz Lily's Milk Chocolate or Semi-Sweet Style Baking Chips Instructions In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, cocoa powder, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder. In a large bowl, add the remaining ingredients, minus the chocolate chips, whisk until well combined. Pour dry ingredients into wet mixture and mix in. Spray a 9X9 baking dish with cooking spray and pour in oatmeal. Top with chocolate chips and bake, uncovered, at 350F F for 40-45 minutes or until oatmeal is slightly browned on top and set in the middle. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 5-7 days. Microwave to reheat. Makes 6 servings. WW Points per serving - 4 PTs.
