ingredients:
all purpose flour 4 cups+ 1/4 cup+extra for dusting
sugar 3 tsp
salt 1 tsp
salted butter 50g cold+ 150g soft
water 1 cup+ 2 tbsp
boiled egg 5 nos halved
onion 3 nos
ginger garlic 2 tbsp
green chilli 4 nos
curry leaves
coriander leaves
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
chilli powder 1/2 tsp
salt
garam masala 1/4 tsp
coriander 1 tsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
egg for washing
