I am afraid of dark moonless nights
I am afraid of these foxes, not lions and tigers
I am not the one to escape the face-to-face battlefield
But I am afraid of friends who hide like water under straw
I am not afraid of hundred intelligent enemies without faith
But I am afraid of the faithful idiots without awareness
I am lost, but not looking into the well of ignorance
Basically, I am not sure why I am afraid of the well
Although the road is difficult and destination invisible
I am not afraid of difficulty of the road, but weakness of companion
I am not afraid of the implied threats of the tyrant
I am afraid of the curse of an oppressed, of a sigh of agony
I am not afraid of the turban, the rosary, the crown, or the royalty
I am afraid if it falls in the hands of a selfish person
I am not afraid of the likes of Darius and Cyrus
I am afraid of the swordman disciples of the King
Like the Saturn, I revolve around in my orbit
I am afraid of the meteorite stones and lost fools




من از شب های تاریک بدون ماه می ترسم

نه از شیر و پلنگ ، از این همه روباه می ترسم

مرا از جنگ رو در روی میدان گریزی نیست

ولی از دوستان اب زیر کاه می ترسم

من از صد دشمن دانای لامذهب نمی ترسم

ولی از زاهد بی عقل نا آگاه میترسم

پی گم گشته ام در چاه نادانی نمیگردم

اصولاً من نمیدانم چرا از چاه می ترس

اگرچه راه دشوار است و مقصد ناپدید اما

نه از سختی راه، از سستی همراه میترسم

من از تهدیدهای ضمنی ظالم نمی ترسم

من از نفرین یک مظلوم، از یک آه می ترسم

من از عمامه و تسبیح و تاج و مسند شاهی

اگر افتد به دست آدم خودخواه میترسم

مرا از داریوش و کوروش و این جمله ،باکی نیست

من از قداره بندان مرید شاه می ترسم


چو "کیوان"بر مدار خویش میگردم ، ولی گاهی

از این سنگ شهاب و ابله گمره می ترسم
