Chicken White Stew recipe is a quick and easy stew recipe made with very minimum easily available ingredients. Tip - Make sure the spices are added to the hot oil and let it bring out the aroma before adding any other ingredients. The products I've used in these videos are Borosil classic vision mug, Borosil vision katories, Borosil Triply Kashai and Borosil Ustav Berry Bliss Dinner Set for Serving.

800 g onions
1 kg chicken
2 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp chopped ginger
5-6 green chillies
1 tbso ginger paste
1 tbso garlic paste
1 cup curd
1 tsp heaped salt
Whole spices:
1 mace
1 black cardamom
½ tsp cloves
1 tsp black pepper
8-9 green cardamom
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 bay leaves
½ cup oil
Coriander leaves
green chillies
