Hi everyone! I hope you enjoyed learning how to make French Macarons! ^_^ Comment down below if you would like me to make another tutorial on a different flavor of macaron? :3 Also if you make them i would love to see a picture or a video response! # my name, #claycupcakes4 on instagram! :D If you have any questions comment down below and i will be sure to answer! :) Also remember that this is a tricky recipe and if you don't get it right the 1st time that's ok! I didn't. xD But practice makes perfect! :3
INGREDIENTS:
Cookie:
1 cup Confectioners suger
3/4 cup Almond meal (found at Trader Joe's)
2 Egg whites
1/4 cup Super fine sugar
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
Filling:
1 cup Confectioners suger
2-3 fresh Strawberrys
4 tablespoons of Unsalted butter
Make sure to use the right types of sugar to make sure your macarons come out perfect! :D
