Sunflower seeds are a must have for road trips and baseball games, but many store bought seeds have too much salt. I wanted to make a recipe that was big on flavor, but light on the salt. This one lets you experience a light smokey flavor and the natural flavor of the seeds.
Recipe:
1 head of sunflower seeds or 1/2 lb of raw sunflower seeds.
2 Tbsp Salt
