Most artists starting commissions think: Do I need an art commission sheet? The answer: NO! Let's all stop making art commission sheets! In this video, you'll learn why art commission sheets suck, and why you don't need an art commission sheet at all to become a freelance artist. Most artist who want to start taking commissions and want to make money on their art follow this practice, but they don't understand how flawed and abused this practice is. In this video, I'll explain the original purpose and intent of art commission/art pricing sheets, why they're flawed, really bad practices I see in these all the time, how this practice holds you back, and how to talk to art clients so that you can ACTUALLY make money on your art. Additionally, I'll show you how to properly make an art commissions sheet/ art pricing sheet so that you can fix yours if you want to ignore the rest of this video's content, although, I hope you'll be open minded! Professional artists don't making commission sheets, and this will help explain why.
