Hyderabadi Recipe Recipe 18 , today's lunch recipe is a combo of Ambade ki bhaji aur Kali mirch ka tala hua gosht i.e sorrel leafs dal or Fried mutton , ambade. ki bhaji chane ki dal is a traditional Hyderabadi recipe in which ambade ki bhaji.i.e sorrel leaved cooked with chana dal and spices then added fried zeera , curry leaves and garlic a must try recipe, as a Combo i serve it with kali mirchi ka tala hua gosht i .e black pepper mutton fry recipe , its mutton fry with minimal spices, the main flavours of this mutton comes from black pepper and garam masala , do try it out share your feedback how's it turns out.



Ingredients
👉 Ambade Ki Bhaji
Chane Ki Dal 300 gm
Ambade Ki Bhaji 6 bunch
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmaric powder 1/2 tsp
Green chillie paste 2 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Zeera 1 tsp
Rai 1/2 tsp
Meethi Dana 5 to 6
Curry leaves few
dry red chillies 2
Garlic 5 to 6

👉Kali Mirch Ka Tala Hua Gosht
Mutton 300 gm
Onion 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmaric you 1/2 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Curry leaves few
Green chillies 2
Black pepper powder 2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
