Unfortunately, the family has been heavily attacked by the devil and the sin of adultery has become increasingly common. The TV and the Internet encourage adultery as a form of escape for relationships in crisis, but they do not show the consequences of adultery.

Unfortunately, we have seen the family, which is the largest project of God here on earth, being attacked and often destroyed by the enemy. The devil knows that if a family is dysfunctional, it could end our base. With our base to have a healthy life, a happy life. And he often uses the media, it uses the media, it uses the company to destroy the values of God in us.
And we then see how many young people are not sexually saving for the wedding, how many teenagers have an active sex life. But they do not know what they are doing great harm to themselves. Besides being sin, it brings many unpleasant consequences, including sexually transmitted diseases. And we see there in novels, movies adultery being wide open, showing that it is a good thing, if you are not satisfied in your relationship in your marriage, you can look elsewhere. But what they do not show are the consequences, the misfortunes that adultery carries within a family. I want to read you a passage that is there in Proverbs that says: "Stay away from this woman, do not come near the door of your house, so you do not handed over to others their force and their lives to a man cruel, so that strangers may not satisfy themselves of their work and others do not enrich themselves at the expense of their effort "(Proverbs 5: 8-10).
So first, adultery brings dishonor. What was to be done behind closed doors, hidden, perhaps in a motel, suddenly, sooner or later, it becomes public and when this happens, the person is embarrassed. A person who before had a good reputation, she had a good image ... this image can be burned. Sometimes the person, for a moment of carelessness, thinking it would only be a night of adventures, this can become a bond for life, bringing sadness, distrust and often disunity within the home.
Moreover, adultery brings not only a loss for the soul, bringing and suffering, but it also brings a financial loss. How many families earned goods, maybe little, but with much love and dedication to life, and suddenly have to share the goods because of a divorce, because there was no reconciliation. So there are so many bad things that adultery brings ... Maybe the person who committed adultery ended up having a child with this new person, with his mistress, and then need to sustain that another child. And there are so many bad things that can happen. So I want to give you some advice: if you are thinking of doing something other than with your wife or your husband, do not. Ask for help from God, get rid of all the devil's trap and be very careful with the advice you listen to the people because not everyone will cheer for the good of his family. Not all who tell you to be friends are real friends.
And we see a very clear example in the life of King David. The man served God with integrity, was a respected man, but a slip for a moment of carelessness, David got to know a married woman and lay with her. From there things got worse for him because he ended up killing, killing, the husband of the woman and also had a son, fruit of adultery. And he might think that, for him to be king, nothing could happen to him. But then we see that God revealed to the prophet Nathan, and Nathan the prophet delivered a message to him. I want to read to you. He says: "Therefore the sword shall never depart from your house, because you despised me and took the wife of Uriah the Hittite to be your wife. Thus says the Lord: 'In his own family I will bring disaster upon you. I will take your wives before your own eyes and give them to another; and he shall lie with them in broad daylight. You did it in secret, but I will do it before all Israel, in broad daylight ' "(2 Samuel 12: 10-12).
Realized how adultery is a very serious thing? It is not anything, any little sin that the media is showing there. It's not something you do and you forget. Is not it. It is a grave sin against God, because God promises to bless us by family and we should appreciate it ...
