Polynesians, in this video I’m
Polynesians, in this video I’m going to show you how to make a delicious rainbow ice cream so you can show off to your friends and family at your next get together. It’s a very easy recipe but it takes some patience to get it perfect.
The only thing you need is:
-White Ice cream
-Food colorant (you can get these in the market)
Preparation:
1. For purple, put 3 scoops of ice cream in a container (leave it out for 10 minutes before you use it) and add 4 drops of blue coloring and 6 drops of red coloring and mix them up well.
2. Now that I have the color that I want I’m going to add the purple ice cream to a bag and put it in the freezer.
3. For blue, put 3 scoops of ice cream in the container and add 10 drops of blue coloring and repeat steps 1 and 2
4. Do the same for each color of the rainbow.
5. In a container, divide it into 6 spaces with paper sheets (like on the video)
6. Take the bags out of the freezer and cut the tip to make a frosting dispenser
7. Empty each color in a different division. You want to do this as fast as you can so the ice cream doesn’t melt
8. Freeze the ice cream for 30 minutes
9. With the help of a knife, move the sheets out of the way so you can start to serve them.
10. After you take the sheets out, you’re going to bang the container to get all to the air bubbles out.
11. Then put the ice cream back in the freezer
12. When it’s ready, take it out and take a diagonal scoop so you can get as many colors as possible and serve it
And that’s how you make rainbow ice cream!
