This is Japanese Rail Sim EX: Nagaragawa Railway Edition (鉄道にっぽん！路線たびEX 清流運転 長良川鉄道編) published by Sonic Powered on August 24, 2023 for the Nintendo Switch.
A remake to the same route released back on the 3DS through the Japanese Train Sim 3D series, this installment on the Switch breathes new life into the countryside route with updated visuals/cab sounds. While not a visually impressive title as its mostly rural Japan, you will enjoy it nonetheless if you are drawn to it.
I am running this on Yuzu ver. 1680. Running this in docked mode, for some reason, causes slowdowns making the game dip to 20fps at times. For this reason, I was playing in "Handheld mode" to improve performance.
