Recipe For Cinnabons
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1 cup warm milk
2 eggs
1/3 cup melted butter
4 1/2 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
Filling
1 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/3 cup butter
Frosting
3 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
Add yeast into a bowl, some of the flour, the milk, whisk until dissolved. Stir in the eggs, the butter, sugar. Add in the rest of the flour, fold with a spatula, as it comes together add in the salt. Knead for 7 minutes on the table. Shape into a ball leave in a bowl to double in size for an hour- three hours. Punch down the dough to release any remaining gas. Gently knead for a few seconds to release any remaining air.
Filling: Roll dough into a large rectangle, spread on softened butter (1/3 cup from filling) leaving 1/4 inches of the sides. Combine together the brown sugar with cinnamon. Spread cinnamon sugar onto the dough leaving 1/4 inches of the sides again. Tightly roll up the dough. Pinch together the edges to seal and the sides. Divide into 12 pieces using a bench scraper. Place in oiled pans. Letting it double in size for an hour or leave in the fridge overnight and bake in the morning Bake 350•F for 20 minutes.
Frosting: Whip together cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and salt. Frost onto cinnamon rolls while still hot.
