Bhindi Aloo Fry is a very common recipe that goes well as a starter with rice or chapati. Its very easy to make. Below is the list of ingredients:

1) 300 grams of bhindi / Okra / Ladies finger cut into small pieces
2) 2 medium sized potatoes cut into rectangular small pieces (same size as bhindi)
3) chopped onions
4) chopped green chilies
5) 1/4 tbs cumin seeds / jeera
6) 1/4 tbs fennel seeds / saunf
7) 1/2 tbs cumin powder
8) 1/2 tbs coriander powder
9) 1/4 tbs turmeric powder
10) 1/2 tbs red chili powder
11) 1/4 tbs amchur powder / dry mango
12) salt as per taste
13) refined oil
