Suspended ANC Secretary-General Ace Magashule back in the Bloemfontein High Court

Suspended ANC Secretary-General Ace Magashule is back in the Bloemfontein High Court on Tuesday.

The court will hear Magashule's arguments on why the charges against him should be withdrawn
together with his co-accused.

He faces charges of fraud, corruption and money laundering relating to the failed multi-million Rand asbestos roof project in the Free State.
