Ingredients
350 gm beef
One cup ghee
One tbsp ginger garlic paste
Half cup youghurt
2 big glass of water
3 tomatoes
Half tsp red chilli powder
Half tsp turmeric powder
Half tsp salt
Or according to your liking
Half tsp black pepper powder
Half tsp cumin powder
4-5 green chillies
Ginger slices
*Recipe*:
Add ghee in a wok and let it melt
Add beef and cook it for 4-5 minutes on medium flame
Add ginger garlic paste and cook it for 4 minutes on medium heat
Cover it and cook for 4 minutes
Add tomatoes sliced in half and cover them
Cook them until they turn soft
Now remove the peels and mash them
Cook them well
Add half cup cup of youghurt and cook it well
Cover it and cook until all the water of youghurt get evaporated
Now add 2 big glass of water
Cover it and let it get a boil on high heat
Now turn the flame low and let it simmer for 50 minutes
Keep stirring occasionally
Now remove the cover and add ginger thinly sliced and green chillies thinly sliced with cumin
Cobwr it and let it cook for 1-2 minutes on low flame
Turn off the flame
Serve it and enjoy.
