2024 Hair Growth Challenge | Reach Your New Year Hair Goals

I am doing a full year 2024 Hair Growth Challenge and you are welcome to join me to reach your new year hair goals

The purpose of the challenge is to stick with the same hair routine for a full year in order to see longer hair by December 2024. Begin with a trim and a length check, making a visual note of where you are starting. Utilise pictures, videos or even get your tape measure out.

In addition to the video, my challenge will include:
🌱 Trims only when needed
🌱 Ad-hoc deep conditioning in twists  
🌱 Utilising combs on wash days only
🌱 Scalp massages (when I remember)
