Beef Tamales start to finish !

Years ago when I was a kid we used to go down to see the Grandparents for Christmas first we would stop at my Step Grandparents for Christmas Eve for a family feast of Tamales sadly they have passed away now and never did find out how she made them they were the beef ones Ive made the traditional ones with chicken & pork which are yummy but finally found out how to make the beef ones I'm sure they won't be as good as hers but thought some of you might want to give it a go and give them a try Hope you enjoy :)
