How to format linux bootable USB drive to normal using windows

If you created a Linux bootable drive but when format it, either your USB drive becomes 2MB or 3MB in size or it just became unusable. So in this video, I showed how to format Linux bootable USB drive to normal. I'm using Windows and Linux on dual boot so I use windows to fix this. you can fix your USB drive in Linux too by using a terminal but in that case, this video is not gonna help.
