Kerala Eucharistic Miracle update-August 11
August 11, Sunday the Host bled a little in the girl's mouth. The Host was removed by the presiding priest and preserved per the instruction of the Archdiocesan ecclesiastical officials.
Also the girl became very tired and said that she felt as if a nail was piercing through one of her palms.
The girl was taken to the Sacristy and a red spot (like a wound) appeared on one of her palms accompanied by much pain.
The two men sacristans witnessed this and one of them took a photo of the wounded palm. This can be seen in the video below at time stamp 8:35 to 9:11.
The two men being interviewed are the Sacristans of the Parish Church where this happened.
The wound appeared only on one of her palm and not the other (I believe sister Agnes Sasagawa also had wound only on one of her palms in the beginning).
The priest also had the girl taken to the local Catholic hospital so that a doctor can examine the wound.
Also to note is the fact that all this phenomena has been happening during Novus Ordo Masses where the Priest faces the Congregation throughout the Mass.
The Archbishop has formed a Commission to study the phenomena. We have to wait for the Archdiocese to put out a statement but meanwhile all of the happenings can be reported.
