Why bureaucracy is driving me nuts, thoughts on latest Food Strategy & harvest prep gets underway

The Government released its Food Strategy white paper this week, which seemed distinctly lacking in detail. Then the rebuilt stone wall is progressing well, the combine has its harvest service and I have a grumble at the daft bureaucracy getting in the way of me planting some trees.
