  INGREDIENTS FOR ASSEMBLING______:

.CHICKPEAS  =  2 CUPS (I have taken 2 cups of chickpeas ,then soak the chickpeas overnight,In next morning boil it with 1/2 tsp of baking soda).
.YOGURT = 1/2 KG (I HAVE TAKEN 1/2 KG YOGURT WHIPPED WITH 1/2 TSP SALT ).
.ALOO = 4 (I HAVE TAKEN 4 MEDIUM SIZE POTATOES  , AND BOIL IT WITH 1/4 TSP ZARDA COLOUR THEN CUT INTO FINE SLICE)
.FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES = 1/4 CUP (FINE CHOP)
.ONION = 2 (FINE CHOP)
.TOMATOES  = 2 (FINE CHOP)
.CHAAT MASALA = AS REQUIRED
.HOMEMADE CHAAT MASALA FOR DAHI BARAY = AS REQUIRED
.CRUSHED RED CHILLI =  AS REQUIRED

_________INGREDIENTS FOR GREEN CHUTNEY __________:
.CORIANDER LEAVES =  1 BUNCH
.MINT LEAVES =  1/2  BUNCH
.GREEN CHILLI =  5 -6
.WHITE CUMIN SEEDS = 1 TSP
.SALT = 1/2 TSP
.GARLIC CLOVES = 7 - 8
.WATER = 1/2
                   (In grinder jug add all green chutney ingredients and grind it until well combined ).

________________INGREDIENTS FOR APRICOT CHUTNEY ______________:
.APRICOT = 250 GRAMS (I have taken apricot 250 grams , wash and soak into to the water for about 2 hours).
.GUR (JAGGERY) = 1/2 CUP
.RED CHILLI POWDER = 1 TSP
.SALT = 1/2 TSP
.CHAAT MASALA POWDER = 1 TSP
.RED FOOD COLOUR = 1/4 TSP
.WHITE CUMIN SEEDS = 1- 1/2 TSP ROASTED
                   
                        (In saucepan add soaked apricot along with water ,then add all ingredients of this chutney and cook on medium low flame for about 7 - 8 minutes then turn off the flame and cool it down
then grind it until well combined).

_________INGREDIENTS FOR IMILI KI MEETHI CHUTNEY______:
.GUR (JAGGERY) = 1/2 CUP
.TAMARIND PASTE  = 1 CUP
.RED CHILLI POWDER = 2 TSP
.CUMIN SEEDS = 1- 1/2 TSP (ROASTED AND CRUSHED)
.SALT = 1  TSP
.DRIED GINGER POWDER (SONTH POWDER) = 1 -1/2 TSP
.AJWAIN = 1/4 TSP
             
            (In saucepan add all ingredients and cook on medium low for about 5 minutes then turn off the flame and cool it down) .

.MAIDA = 2 CUP
.OIL = 2TBSP
.WHITE CUMIN SEEDS = 1/2 TSP
.SALT = 1/2 TSP
.WATER = AS REQUIRED

.BESAN = 2 CUP
.BAKING SODA = 1/2 TSP
.SALT = 1/2 TSP
.RED CHILLI POWDER = 1/2
.WATER =  AS REQUIRED
