The Financial Sector Conduct Authority
The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) has announced today that
it has revised the administrative penalty imposed on the man fingered
as the mastermind behind the Steinhoff International collapse, Markus
Jooste, from R161 million to just R20 million.
The FSCA says this is in line with the Financial Sector Tribunal’s decision on insider trading regarding Steinhoff International Holdings.
