This is such an amazing hack for a formal, custom look.
It all starts with a store bought bustier, which you can then cover with the appliqué or beaded fabric of your choice.
This works for a wedding dress for the bride or the guest ! A Red Carpet dress!! An anything dress!
Best part is you can always pull off the appliqués and start over for your next event.

MATERIALS
Bustier
1 yard of beaded or lace appliqué fabric for top
2-3 Yards of Fabric for pants
Clear Thread
Needle
