ingredients:-
आधा किलो कच्चा कटहल
5 बड़े चम्मच चम्मच रिफाइंड ऑयल या सरसो तेल
1 छोटा चम्मच जीरा
3 प्याज़
2 टमाटर
धनिया पत्ती
आधी चम्मच धनिया पाउडर
1 चम्मच तिखी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 चम्मच कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
आधी चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
3 तेज पत्ता
4 5 काली मिर्च
1 टुकड़ा दालचीनी
1 छोटा स्टार फुल
नमक स्वादानुसार
1 बडी इलायची
1- डेढ चम्मच सब्जी मसाला या गरम मसाला या चिकन मसाला
1 चम्मच अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट
