Why are Doctors Being Reported to AHPRA? Part 2

There are 6 reasons why doctors are getting reported to AHPRA - let’s analyze 12 months worth of AHPRA reports and try to establish some trends here. But before we start, let me just clarify - you like spreadsheets right? Good, so do I.

I am also fascinated by medico legal cases and love reading casebook, which are often provided by our Medical defence organisations. I actually signed up to 2 to get both casebook. Interesting fact, in Canada the premium you pay your MDO is called malpractice insurance, which just sounds terrible to be honest.

Let me explain what I’ve done here. I have gone through 12 months worth of cases that had been reported to AHPRA and plopped the details into a spreadsheet to do a very superficial analysis of common trends.
