I basically wanted the original
I basically wanted the original song, but with more realistic sounding instruments, so that's what I pretty much did.
Simply took a MIDI by King Meteor, and used the samples and effects I had at my disposal to recreate the original song in the best quality I could, while making it sound as close to the original as I could in terms of instrumentation.
Also, on a semi-relevant note, I had been using the term "arrangement" for the versions of songs that I simply wanted to reproduce in higher quality, but after researching, it would appear that the correct term for a simply re-instrumentation would be "remix". So, unless I'm mistaken, all of my future songs like this will be labeled "remix".
Made in FL Studio 8. I don't take any credit. After all, I borrowed a MIDI someone else made.
