Beet salad for every day and for holidays! Delicious salad with beets and corn, as well as spicy garlic. I just grated the beets, added a can of corn and made the dressing. No less tasty than homemade mayonnaise. But this is a vitamin salad without mayonnaise. Just 3 ingredients!

Corn-1 can
Chinese cabbage -120 g
Parsley - a couple of sprigs

Unrefined vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp.
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Ground black pepper - a pinch
Mild mustard (not spicy) -1 tsp.
Salt -1/2 tsp or to taste
