Today’s theme is the A3 Report that Toyota created. I made a template for this A3 Report, so please download and use it, then let me know your feedback.  Default use of this template is for reporting, but other frequently-used section contents are listed outside the main section for Proposal / Business Planning, as well as a Problem Solving Tool. You can use them interchangeably as needed.  This episode demonstrates how to make an A3 Report using the Mentoring Program as an example.  Watch this video and utilize the template and practice creating an A3 Report.
