Onion pakoda also called as onion bhaji, kanda bhaji is popular deep fried snack across India. It is served in restaurants and also by street vendors. Thin slices of onions are mixed with gram flour and spices. Then deep fried until it’s golden brown and crispy. It is served with different kinds of chutney and a hot cup of tea.
