Goda Masala Recipe: गोडा मसाला |  Maharashtrian Goda Masala


Ingredients:

For Approx. 100gm masala.

2 onion
1 bundle of garlic
25 gm kala masala
25 gm byadgi/kashmiri red chilli powder
25 gm lawangi spicy red chilli powder
1 tsp asafoetida
2 spoon salt
2 tbsn oil for frying

For Approx. 1Kg masala.

250 gm onion
125 gm of garlic
250 gm kala masala
250 gm byadgi/kashmiri red chilli powder
250 gm lawangi spicy red chilli powder
10gm asafoetida
100 gm salt
Oil for frying

Note: You can also use garam masala in place of kala masala in case you don't have it.
