Take a look at Damac Hills two in Dubai and some of the properties that have been for sale in recent months.

Damac have made a huge effort to add lots of incredible amenities in the community and have mad a family friendly community in Dubai.

This may not attract the young professional looking for nightlife and the city noise but it does certainly attract young fun dynamic families.

DH2 is an area I would like to live because it offers a certain lifestyle I am seeking, one full of fun, fitness and adventure.

It will be very interesting to see what happens with the gold club in Damac Hills Two because it looks like they had some kind of partnership with Tiger Woods and then it never fully came through to completion yet. If Damac Hills one is anything to go by when looking at the Golf Course this is truly be an incredible golf course once finished.

All in all this is an incredible community and one that ticks all the boxes for family living and people seeking an outdoor lifestyle in Dubai.
