PVStop Demo - Handling High Voltage Solar Panels

Whether residential or commercial, solar panels remain "hot" at the source in daylight (even if the switch panel box is off) presenting serious hazards to emergency personnel. Even if damaged, solar panels can produce lethal amounts of DC electricity.
