Like genetically altered food, our sense of what is considered ’musical’ seems to have been altered too. In the eastern world, music is considered to be the ’food for the soul’. Do we know what are we feeding our souls lately? Has organic music completely died, or will there be a resurgence in this field as in the case of the food industry?
