The bold and flavorful three cups chicken is incredibly easy, made from equal parts soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice wine. This recipe tastes homey and takes 20 mins to cook.
Ingredients
- 600g chicken
- 5-8 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 20g sliced ginger
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 3 tbsp shaoxing wine
- 1.5 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 red chilli
- handful of basil
- 15g rock sugar
- 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
