How to Taper Wood Arrows

This quick tutorial shows you how to taper wood arrows with minimal tools. We'll use a small block plane, a cordless drill, and sand paper. Tapered arrows are great for pushing the ballance point/front of center (FOC) forward which helps achieve good arrow flight, improves penetration, and allows the arrows to be shot from a wider variety of bows.
