Here's a walkthrough on setting up a LOT of different ideas in Touch OSC, using midi and assigns on the RC600. You will need a few things for this to work and I've linked a few items below in case you're wanting to do the same thing as shown here.
Touch OSC - needed for both your ipad/tablet, as well as your computer/laptop:

Midi connection from the rc600 (what I use):

If using an ipad you can also buy the camera to lightning adapter for a direct connection - make sure you get the correct adapter for your ipad (eg lightning connection or usb-c):

Any questions feel free to comment or reach out about it. The most common sections I'm getting asked about are setting the key for your harmonies, as well as how to setup and change the drum kits as you go.
Please note even though I'm using touch osc - the midi information and assigns on the RC600 will be the same if you're setting up any other midi pedal, or a midi drum pad etc. It's all interchangeable once you understand how they all connect together.
