While training for the Olympic Trials, I spent a lot of time in Boulder, and I'm convinced that the environment, altitude, and trails make it the optimal place to pursue my goals in running. Spencer is also the King of Boulder, so it made sense to move there ;) In this video, we pack up and move from Seattle to Boulder. It's a classic road trip with good snacks, coffee, a few runs and xt sessions, car trouble, and, of course, some delirious banter. I'm so excited to share about our life in Boulder over the next few years :)
