Simulation of Knuckle Joint in ANSYS Workbench _ ANSYS workbench Tutorial

Calculate stress in Rod by the theoretical equation,

Sigma t = P / Area
               = 25000 / (Pi / 4) d square
               = 79.61 MPa

Stress in the rod by ANSYS
Sigma t = 71.41 MPa
