A band of rain is moving north bringing wet weather to much of the UK. Wetter conditions are expected across parts of eastern England and the Pennines with heavy rain anticipated in the early hours of the morning. Yellow rain warnings have been issued for these areas. Temperatures will be low in the north of Scotland with some frost expected in more rural areas. - This is the Met Office UK Weather forecast for the evening of 25/09/24.
