The best bicep exercise for
The best bicep exercise for beginners in my opinion. Very consistent engagements, force your elbows forward to intensify the mechanical tension on the bicep. Slowly lower weight, right before arm is fully relaxed intensely pull weight towards your body. Reps are key!
